A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is an advance payment towards the total cost of your session.
If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards a rescheduled session within [X] days.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least [X] days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), we will do our best to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
In case of inclement weather for outdoor shoots, we’ll monitor the forecast leading up to the scheduled date. If necessary, we can reschedule the session for optimal conditions.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited.
Refunds or exchanges for products (prints, albums, etc.) are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your concerns.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [X] business days via the original payment method.
