Service Agreement
By booking a photography session with Ravi Gollapudi Photography, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

Copyright and Usage Rights
All images captured by Ravi Gollapudi Photography are protected by copyright laws.
You are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for the images. Commercial usage rights must be negotiated separately.

Image Delivery
The final edited images will be delivered to you in a digital format. Physical prints and products can be arranged separately.

Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

Weather Conditions
In the case of inclement weather for outdoor shoots, we'll monitor the forecast and may need to reschedule the session for optimal conditions.

Limitation of Liability
Ravi Gollapudi Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the photography session.

Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, we will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
